LEARN is under the Oregon Agriculture Education Foundation, a 501C-3 organization. The LEARN strategy puts into practice the principles established in the U.S. Constitution using today’s statutory law. LEARN’s mission is:

to educate county/township citizens and their elected officials about property rights and their ability to protect them. The U.S. Constitution and federal laws give each county, city or township (citizens and elected officials alike) the legal right to communicate and coordinate with federal and state agencies to make joint and equal decisions in regulatory implementation. Local government and citizens can then protect their environment and preserve their local economy, customs, cultures, and community stability – including the protection of property rights. Bringing people together locally in every city, county and state of the nation using statutory law, will accomplish this – the American way.
