Federal and state environmental laws have done much to protect America's environment. One of the unfortunate side affects of these laws and the resulting one-size fits all bureaucracy is the loss of the sovereign rights of local government and the personal property rights of individual citizens. The ability of communities and local citizens to govern themselves is diminishing. However, there is a remedy for this problem. The environment and local people can be protected. That's what LEARN is all about. To LEARN more, click the button. |

LEARN educates county/township citizens and their elected officials about their rights under the law so they may have a strong voice in protecting them. The U.S. Constitution and federal laws give each county, city or township (citizens and elected officials alike) the legal right to communicate and coordinate with federal and state agencies to make joint decisions in regulatory implementation. Local government and citizens can then protect their environment and preserve their local economy, customs, cultures, and community stability – including the protection of property rights. Bringing people together locally in every city, county and state of the nation using statutory law, will accomplish this – the American way. |
